Not sure how to submit your logo? start here.
We only want to give the best job possible – and to do that; we need the best files possible.
JPEG files allow us to digitise a logo for embroidery – we use it as a backdrop to hand draw (digitise) logos for embroidery. Some logos are ‘screenshots’ that are too small and pixilated when enlarged. We ask for 300DPI – this is a reference to a clearer image.

VECTOR PDF is what we need for screenprinting – as these files can be ‘pulled apart. These files are great (our screen printer needs them), but we cannot open them with our embroidery programs – so we ask for all files. Without viewing the logo first, we will never send an AI or EPS file to our screen-printer. This is to make sure the correct logo is being sent. We can also give our screen printer clear instructions. No matter what file – we need the BEST quality possible.
