What files do I need to set up for embroidery?

Can I bring in my own garments for embroidery?
Yes, you are more than welcome to supply your own garments for embroidery! All we ask if that they are clean and in good condition.
Is there a minimum order for embroidery?
No minimums!
How much will my embroidered logo cost?
Embroidered logo costs are determined by stitch count and complexity, a front chest logo can range anywhere from $10.90-$14.90.
Is there a set-up cost for embroidery?
Yes, all new designs incur a one-off set-up cost and then stay on file for all future orders. Price will depend on the complexity of your logo design. This can range anywhere from $50-$120 per logo.
How long will my order take?
Depending on the time of year, we like to allow 2-3 weeks from the time of confirmed order.
Can I see my logo before it goes onto my shirts?
Absolutely. We always sew a sample onto scrap material for your approval before embroidering it onto the garment.
Can you design my logo?
Unfortunately, no, but we do recommend local graphic designer Aaron Lodder Design.
I don’t know my size; can you help?
Yes. You’re welcome to stop in-store to view an extensive showroom of samples.

We require your logo in vector format. This can be any of the following; PDF, EPS, AI, SVG
Can I bring in my garments for garment printing?
Yes, you're more than welcome to supply your own garments for printing as long as they're a suitable material type.
Is there a minimum order for garment printing?
No minimums!!
How much will my garment prints cost?
Price will depend on the number of garments and colours used. A quote will be supplied upon request.
Is there a set up cost for garment printing?
There is no set up cost involved if you're able to provide your logo in the correct file type. If we need to convert or re-design your logo to make it suitable for printing - you may incur a set up fee in which you will be notified about prior to order processing.
How long will my print order take?
Allow 2-3 weeks from the time of order.
Can I see a mock up before it goes onto my shirts?
For orders over 10x QNTY a computer image sample will be available upon request to view for approval before printing onto the garment.
